This notice applies to all products sold by RevFiberPR, including steering wheels, airbag covers, paddle shifters, and related components. Please read carefully before purchasing or installing any product.

AFTERMARKET MODIFICATION NOTICE

RevFiberPR products are aftermarket automotive accessories designed for aesthetic enhancement, motorsport, display, or off-road applications. These products are not safety-certified and are not approved for public road use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Installing aftermarket steering or airbag-related components may change how factory systems behave. RevFiberPR does not claim or guarantee that its products preserve original vehicle safety performance.

VEHICLE SYSTEM ALTERATION WARNING

Use of RevFiberPR products may affect one or more vehicle systems, including but not limited to:

• Steering control and feedback
• Airbag functionality or deployment behavior
• Electronic controls, sensors, or wiring
• Heated or multifunction steering wheel features

Any modification to safety-related components carries inherent risk. The customer accepts these risks in full.

INSTALLATION & USER RESPONSIBILITY

RevFiberPR does not install products and does not supervise or control installation methods.

• Installation should only be performed by experienced professionals
• Improper installation may cause serious injury or vehicle damage
• RevFiberPR is not responsible for errors made by installers or end users

By choosing to install or use these products, the customer assumes complete responsibility for fitment, compatibility, and operation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevFiberPR shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the purchase, installation, or use of its products, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or fatality
• Property or vehicle damage
• Mechanical or electrical failure
• Airbag non-deployment, delayed deployment, or unintended deployment
• Loss of vehicle control or drivability

This limitation applies regardless of cause, including claims based on negligence, product liability, or misuse.

NO OEM RELATIONSHIP

RevFiberPR is independent from all vehicle manufacturers.

Any brand names, vehicle models, or trademarks mentioned are used only to describe compatibility. RevFiberPR products are not original equipment, are not factory-approved, and should not be mistaken for OEM components.

LEGAL TERMS & GOVERNING LAW

All purchases and use of RevFiberPR products are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

RevFiberPR reserves the right to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or alternative dispute resolution where permitted by law.

If any portion of this notice is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

By purchasing from RevFiberPR, you confirm that you:

✔ Accept all risks associated with installation and use
✔ Release RevFiberPR from liability related to product use
