By completing a purchase with RevFiberPR, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the policies outlined below.
CUSTOM & AFTERMARKET PRODUCT NOTICE
RevFiberPR specializes in aftermarket and custom-built automotive components. Due to the nature of these products, most orders are final once placed.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not automatic and are only considered under specific conditions described in this policy.
INSTALLATION & LABOR DISCLAIMER

RevFiberPR does not include or cover installation labor costs.

Any labor fees incurred before, during, or after installation are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RevFiberPR is not responsible for damage caused during installation, removal, or reinstallation of any product.
PRODUCTION DELAYS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom and made-to-order products require production time.
Refund requests related to production delays will only be considered if:

No production activity has occurred and
-
No estimated start date is available after a minimum of 8 weeks from the initial payment date
If production has begun or materials have been allocated, refunds will not be approved.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are strictly limited to the following situations:

Products that arrive damaged

Products with confirmed manufacturing defects affecting functionality or structure
To qualify:

The issue must be reported immediately upon delivery

The product must remain unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

Original packaging must be intact
Products with personalized elements or decals are not eligible for return.
RESTOCKING & RETURN CONDITIONS

Approved returns for custom products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Returned items must pass inspection before any refund is processed
RevFiberPR reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only available for:

Damaged items
-
Manufacturing defects
If a replacement is requested before the original item is returned, the customer may be required to provide a temporary authorization for the full retail value until the original product is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend:

Secure packaging

Shipping insurance
RevFiberPR is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Installed or test-fitted products

Customized or personalized items
-
Products showing signs of use, wear, or modification

Orders placed with incorrect specifications provided by the customer
