This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, produced, and delivered when purchasing from RevFiberPR.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed and verified. RevFiberPR reserves the right to delay or cancel orders suspected of fraud or requiring additional verification.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


STOCK ITEMS

In-stock steering wheels are typically packaged and shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and destination.


CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Custom steering wheel orders are hand-built and require additional production time.

  • Estimated build time: 4–6 weeks

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, workload, or customization complexity

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun

Customers will be notified once the order has completed production and is ready to ship.


SHIPPING CARRIERS & DELIVERY

RevFiberPR uses third-party shipping carriers. We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Shipping disruptions beyond our control

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

RevFiberPR is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Returned or undeliverable shipments due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
